KISS ME, I'M IRISH~!

Here's a funny story about my Irish heritage. My Mother's maiden name is Murphy and all my life I have heard about how much I have the Irish blood running thru my veins. Well thanks to DNA testing, we now know that I am only 5% Irish. We are all mutts and have different backgrounds. No one background is any better than the other, but a lot of people take pride in their nationality, instead of taking pride in the fact that we are all from the human race~! I am proud of the fact that I am part Irish, but also English, German, Scottish, European, French and Scandinavian. It makes me who I am!

I often wonder if my ancestors would be proud of me? I wish I had videos of them and their families, so I could know more about them.

I hope everyone, whether you are Irish or not, can set aside the differences for one day and celebrate by wearing green~!
