I was reading an story this morning published by The Courier that touched me. A local man in his 80s keep himself busy everyday by collecting cans from the side of the road for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. He states that he does this seven days a week rain or shine. He has raised close to $34,000 for the children and hospital in the last decade. This story make me think about all the things we do on a daily basis and how sometimes we forget about others. I feel like sometimes most of us need to take a minute and step back and see all the good things that we do have. I know that I personally forget about a lot and get caught up in daily life. Stay humble and Kind, you never know what a difference you can make for others!
