Here are some fun and exciting Holiday events we have going on here in our small town of Savannah, TN.
First tomorrow on December 11, 2018 Santa Clause will be at the Tennessee Street Park on Main Street. Starting at 5PM Santa Clause will make his appearance to see all our little boys and girls! He has made his list now he’s checking it twice! Let’s let our little ones tell him what the want until 7PM. Parents can join in on the fun as will. Santa loves us all.
Next on December 15, 2018 is our 3rd Annual Reindeer Run. This 5K run will take place that Pickwick Landing State Park. You can register early or the day of the race. Registration at the park on the 15th will open at 8AM and the Race will begin at 9AM. Early registration fees are $25 and registration the day of will be $30. Be prepared to wear your craziest Christmas sweater & Antlers and join the fun to help prevent Child Abuse! There will be Hot Chocolate & Cookies for the racers also. Early Registers will receive a T-shirt and others will receive one if there are any available. There will be a medal gave to those who run!
Last but not least on December 22, 2018 Freddy T’s Restaurant is hosting a Community Meal. This is the 2nd Annual Community Meal. They welcome everyone to come starting at 4PM and have a FREE meal and have photos taken with Santa Clause himself. If you stick around until 7PM the will have candlelight service also!
